10 bad habits keeps you fat

                             

Are you trying to lose excess weight but no result ?

 there are some bad habits that you are doing without you notice ,that causes weight gain and prevent you from losing  accumulated fat.
know them now so that you can lose calories faster .

1 - refrain from eating breakfast , in the belief that you will lose more calories when you are hungry, but avoiding breakfast tells the body to store more fat and refrain from stimulating the body to burn.

2 - eat while standing or at work , will leads to eat a huge amount of food and your stomach will expand and double your waist .

3 - Lack of adequate sleep , for a long time and sleep for less houres will put you to fatigue and loss of energy, which in turn will prevent you from exercising properly .

4 - low intake of vegetables , it is necessary to eat differnt kinds of variety of vegetables and fruits daily , the will make you feel full for a longer time because they contain a high amount of fiber.


5 - walking short distances,  walking inside the home or in the workplace will not help you to lose weight  so walking for at least 30 minutes a day as exercice will help to lose excess weight from your body.


6 -  not cuting up food before eating, cutting and  chewing properly helps on the weight loss faster and  the body gets used to small quantities of food.


7 - Lack of drinking water, in addition that the water will keep the body hydrated the recent studies have demonstrated the ability of the water to assist in weight loss.


8 - vent stress by eating,  a lot of people  eat when they are angery, especially when that food contains a lot of sugar, try to express your anger in ways other than eating, like practicing sports, dancing or walking.


9 - eating out, be sure that eating out is interesting, but in order to avoid mails that contains more calories Try to choose healthy options as salads, a piece of meat or grilled chicken and share it with your friend.


10 - wearing spacious and comfortable clothes , will hide imperfections and will make you feel that there is no need to lose weight, these clothes will negatively affect your weight loss.
